For over two decades, we have provided services to Oil & Gas by utilizing our extensive knowledge in health & safety, emergency medical services, and occupational health.

In 2016, the industry transformed when capital budgets were slashed and projects cancelled. There was a shift in the global oil market fueled by the change in general sentiments towards the industry. With an outflow of capital due to environmental, social, and government policy changes, the demand for oil declined.

We came to realize we had to pivot.
Our leadership group, team members, equipment…all of it was focused on industry. We recognized our expertise was transferable and knew we were a dynamic team of highly functioning, relationship focused, performance driven, experienced safety and medical talent.

It was time to leverage our skilled team so we could Feature them in other high demand industries that are growing, evolving, and thriving.
